Ordered Salmons, Empandas vegetarianas, Walleye, Rack of Lamb and Tres Leche. Server was friendly and quick in serving. Should... have checked on us after serving food. Walleye was very bland. Had absolutely no spices, as opposed to what the waiter said. Wewere told it had multiple spices in it. Even Tres leche wasn't good. Had to forcefully eat it (as we don't like throwing food).Empanda was the best! Will try to visit again for other dishes which seemed tasty. Might change my ratings Read more

We had a very tasty dinner here and they were able to accommodate our large party (12 people). Popular dishes with our group... were the scallops and stuffed poblano pepper entrées. I had the shrimp empanado and it was so good! They have quite a fewgood beers on tap including local MN microbrews and the creme brulee for dessert and strong coffee were wonderful. Enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Cahill Bistro. The house made sangrias were nice on a warm summer evening. Shared the brussel... sprouts appetizer suggested by our server. Order the Lomo Saltado and Lobster Pasta for meals. Capped off the evening with theCrembrule. Food and service were excellent. We are outside but will sit inside on our next visit. The folks who own this place treat everyone like family. When we arrived, they were getting ready to close, so we said we'd come... back another time. They insisted we stay and let them cook for us. I love places like this. It's owned by three Ecuadorianbrothers who came here a couple decades ago. Once here, they worked their ways up in separate restaurants, experiencing almostevery role possible, before coming back together and deciding they'd learned enough to open their own place. Through theirquality of food and service, their family-like disposition (the owners themselves sometimes even wait on you), the veryreasonable prices, and even the nondescript location of the place all make Cahill Bistro a bonafide hidden gem worth checkingout.
