I've been to this location over 40 times in the past decade at all hours of operation. The product and service has always been... comparable to the other six Bruegger's I have been to over the past 30 years. Service is between 2 and 15 minutes. I went theretoday after 2 years absence due to the pandemic after reading so many complaints. I was gratified to see familiar faces behindthe counter. My 2 sandwiches and dozen bagels were filled in about 3 minutes. Everyone was friendly and my order was perfect asalways. I was happy to see that I could tip using a credit card (I had asked for this option for years), but was disappointedthat tips were capped at 10%. Thanks for the food! Read more

This location just seems to keep missing the mark? Today I showed up at 8:15 am, what I would assume to be a busy time, and the... doors were locked with a hand written sign on the door that said something to the effect of ?sorry, we are opening later?. I?mnot sure if employees just didn?t show up to work or what happen ??????? (if the ?owner? responds to this review, I hope theyprovide an explanation). I?ve witnessed the downfall of the uptown Brueggers, and the downtown skyway Brueggers, and sadly, thislocation is following suit. Corporate should just shut it down. Do yourself a favor, and visit the West End location, they arethe only location that has consistently fast lines, engaged employees and great bagels. Read more
Great location. Really friendly staff who work quick and nice clean facility. Parking was okay, some spots have free 1 hour... parking, theres street parking and also some lots. No dine in at this location. Read more
This is the worst Brueggers location ever!! No matter how long the line is, there are always 2 employees just standing around... behind the counter. I just left there as I only had a short lunch break, and the guy behind the counter just played with a towelfor 5 minutes instead of asking me what I needed. My order is plain bagels in a bag, unsliced. It should never take more than 3minutes in ans out. Never again!! Read more
