Worst dominos experience ever. Ordered a pizza at 7:40 pm and is told the wait will be 20-30 mins. Over an hour later i get a... text saying that the delivery driver is on the way. Another hour and i get another text saying that delivery driver is in myneighborhood. 30 minutes later, i check the website tracker and it says that the order has been completed. No pizza in sight.Called multiple times and was hung up on. I just wanted my pizza and lava cakes man :( Jaylen i hope you enjoyed my order. Read more

I ordered online on a Friday night and received my order 21 minutes after placing it. The food was hot and fresh, and everything... was correct. The delivery person (the tracker said his name was Kent) was very friendly. When I first placed my order, I didn'trealize the app had changed the location of my closest store. I usually receive my orders from the Florence location on DixieHwy. I had no idea there was a location in Edgewood. Ordered $26 dollars of food. Gave him a $50. Asked for $20 back and told me he didn?t have $20 but when ordering it says driver... would have $20. When giving me change he handed me $15 but had way more than $20. Sounds like he wanted to make his own tip up.Very disappointed. Back in February when I was horribly sick with a severe sinus infection and bronchitis I placed an order. Unknown to me the app... automatically chooses the closest location and changed my store to this new one that just opened. It is not closer by mileage orby time, but somehow it is "my closest store". They delivered my order to the completely wrong person/street. That personcontacted me with my info off the box asking if I have their order. I did not. Then I suppose Domino's realized their error asmy tracker started up again and started remaking the order only for me to still not get it. It said delivered again, but wasn'tto me. I called the store and told them with how late it was I'm going to bed hungry. To their credit they did issue a refund.They said my street wasn't pulling up on their system for some reason. My street is old, on every GPS system. Florence domino'sprobably knows my address by heart. I was told the number they tried calling was off by one digit. I ordered from the app, whichhad my correct number. Even the guy was confused by that. They said in addition to the refund they would mail me a certificatefor the meal for being understanding of their growing pains, and to basically give them another chance. It's been months and Istill never received a gift certificate from them. I have never ordered delivery from them again because I have no faith in thisstore's ability to perform as a business. Domino's as a whole has lost hundreds in the meantime as I used to order a coupletimes a week. I only order now if I have time to pick up from my original dominos. At times I've contemplated giving themanother shot, but from the reviews it looks as though I am one of many who have had bad experiences. I only gave them 2 starsinstead of one because they did refund my original purchased that they failed to deliver twice. Comically enough, with thembeing rated at 1.8 average that is a higher rating. I was excited to see the new location at Turkeyfoot and Barnwood so I decided to give them a try tonight. I realize that... starting up with a new crew is difficult but someone really dropped the ball tonight. I tried to order online and found thesite difficult to navigate but I will try again. So I called in my order and spoke with who someone later told me was themanager. He was very nice but seemed to be inexperienced with Dominos procedures and unsure of the area they serve. We workedthrough that part and I placed my order. He told me it would be delivered in 30 to 40 minutes later and that impressed me. Soan hour and 30 minutes later I called to check on my order and I?m still not sure what happened to it. I asked for my card tobe credited back since I had to leave for work earlier since I would have to find a drive thru for dinner. I asked for themanager to call me back and explain what happened when he figured it out. I didn?t get a call. Hopefully I was not charged. I?m pretty sure what happened was that they chose to deliver to people closer to their location than me. I understand they areprobably short on help and just did t have the time to come to my subdivision. But just tell me that when I called instead ofwasting my time by telling me what I wanted to hear. I?m not sure I?ve ever had worse pizza delivered, in my life. What stinks is that the Dixie Highway location used to deliver to... my house and food was always top notch and showed up fast af. This Edgewood location is straight garbage and takes twice as longto show up. Read more
