The whole town of Edgewater was recovering from the terrible storm last night. Many businesses kept closed due to the flooding.... One of those was the Starbucks in Edgewater commons. Thank goodness there is a Starbucks in Target right across the parking lot.The people are very nice and professional. Our coffee beverages and ice teas were delicious as well as the pastries. Despite thelong line the workers were still maintaining a friendly and clean cafe. Thank you for a nice visit. Read more

Horrible customer service, a few people on the line were saying the same thing, i would never comeback to this Starbucks.
I stepped in on RAINY Sunday morning and was immediately yelled at by the staff? We are not making any more drinks today! We... have 19 coffees to make you can make a mobile order and then we make for you.? First of all improve customer service. Iunderstand covid but How are mobile orders more urgent then paying customers in front of you. It could have been stateddifferently and I would not have mind waiting a bit for the drinks. After going to the main Starbucks store in this same shopping complex and receiving horrible customer service, the workers at... this Starbucks in Target were very nice and attentive. They even repeated that this reusable mug was at no charge when Imisunderstood. Definitely appreciated them here. Read more
Horrible customer service. Women was inpatient basically told me to order now or get out of the line because i was ?holding? up... people which i wasnt. Food was stale will definitely not come again. Read more
