Just went to Mcdonalds alittle before 11am and noticed the breakfast menu. I asked the server for a 20 piece nugget. Said they... were not serving lunch yet, so I ordered a breakfast sandwich through the kiosk. 2 minutes later, the lunch menu pops up and Iasked the server to refund me so I can order the nuggets (I didn't pick up my meal yet). The supervisor was obviously annoyed(poor customer service...her expression said it all), told me that the order was already made and I couldn't get a refund. Itold the server and manager that I literally asked 2 minutes before. If you knew that the lunch menu was coming out...whydidn't you communicate that, so I can wait for it. Am I talking to a person or to a computer behind the counter? She fights meon a $3 meal instead of making right this situation. The supervisors and employees need to be retrained at this locationbecause they lost a customer for $3! Unreal! Read more

The food was horrible. we had to throw it out . The chicken McNuggets were hard and refried. The fries were soggy and cold.... The chicken sandwich had no lettuce tomatoes two nasty pickles and it was soggy. The fish fillet was dry and it was only oneslice of cheese that was dry on it they put so much tartar sauce by the time I looked at it the bread was already soggy inside.The service was good but the food was horrible we never go there again they need to check the food before it goes out and notgive people old food just to push it out.. No one works the registers. Any staff memeber that walks by ignores you instead of helping you. Gets worse if you go to the... drive through. Half the time they tell you to pull over to the next lane where you wait 20 or more minutes for your order tocome out while a bunch of other cars pass by getting their orders. Used to be a good place but now it's very disappointing. Read more
