The lady who took my order was super rude & had an attitude after I corrected her for charging my items separately & not as a... combo after she told me they were the combo but on the screen it was clearly charged separately after I told her multiple timesshe finally fixed it. My food was cold my chili dogs taste like they?ve been sitting out for hours & my tots over fried & notedible overall wouldn?t recommend coming to this sonic. Read more

There was barely anyone there and i had do beg for them to take my order. I pushed the button 4 times but they refused to help... me until I put up a fuss. Then she proceeded to argue with me saying that I never pushed the button when i lit up saying "bewith you in a moment" several times. So she accused me of lying. The service here is not good, they are slow and ignore peopleand sometimes the food doesn't come out right either. They need to do better because that was ridiculous. Read more

Got a lemonade slushie and mozzarella sticks and onion rings. The slushie was fine, but both the mozzarella sticks and onion... rings tasted extremely sweet. I think they might have used the same oil to fry these items as the dessert items (example: friedcookie dough bites). I couldn't finish them because of this. Also the marinara sauce I received was sliced open on the top so Ididn't eat it. Read more

The staff in had contact with were nice. Food preparation was fair but not great. Most other stores in the area serve the BBQ... Chicken in a bowl with a lid so the chicken can be well coated. This store decided to serve it in a hot dog tray with verylittle sauce. In my opinion that is a poorer option? Read more

I ordered my drinks ahead of time on the app. Got there. Waited 5 minutes. Thought whatever, they're busy. 10 minutes hit. I... reply to emails, finish booking some more apartment tours. 20 minutes has passed. I press the red button. Tell them I've beenwaiting. They apologise and ask me for my stall number. 10 more minutes pass. I've lost all patience at this point. It has been30 minutes. I call again. They finally bring out my drinks and they aren't even right. They say the system is down, and Itotally get stuff happens but it was like this due to system issues a few days ago. There was just zero communication and seemslittle to no attempt to actually problem solve here. The car hop was nice at least. Read more

Once again sat at the drive up for almost 20 minutes With no acknowledgment whatsoever from the people inside who could see us... clearly. This restaurant was getting better we thought a couple of months ago, but it's the saddest excuse for a sonic inDenver.. Highly Do not recommend! Read more

Poor communication lead by a poor communicatior of a manager. She refuses to listen to customer and just hangs up on them,... orders are not handled in a timing manner. Lower staff memebers are busting balls to keep up with managements lacks ofleadership. It?s disgusting to see this women abuse other people while she pretend plays works. Edit: I went ahead & called tofiled a complaint via the number provided. Once again, i just want to say other team members where hustling to make this placefunction last night. All due to one woman not wanting to effectively do what she?s paid for. I asked & requested the owner go in& talk with managers/shift leads etc. Because clearly this is an on going issue & caused such turmoil last night at thislocation. 35 minutes waiting on 3 drinks. Manager was extremely rude and difficult to understand, could hear her yelling at employees.... Theres busy places and times but we never got our drinks. Watched other cars who got there after get all their things in a usualwait time. We left after checking again and getting an attitude from the "manager" what a joke. It's never been this bad.
