I love the smoothies and bowls at this place but the service is extremely poor and unprofessional. They took so long to make my... smoothie that I ended up leaving, even after I approached them calmly one time and pointed that I was missing my smoothie afterthey took care of more than 5 other customers. They said they were ?busy? and, yes they were, but it is unacceptable. They werealso swearing and yelling at each other all for the customers to hear. I?m sad To say that I wont be coming back to this store.They didn?t even gave me a refund for my smoothie. Read more
I love these guys so much. I live deep in the heart of the Rockies, and I always come here for a bowl whenever I come to the... city. I came in 30 minutes before closing time and they were practically shutdown. When I told them I lived so far away and thatI only get to experience this treat a few times a year, they made an exception and put a bowl together for me. They were tiredand really wanted to be done for the night, yet they still went out of their way for me and it made my heart soar! This place is amazing, I had left a review mentioning my dissatisfaction and their team made it right! I was able to get another... bowl and it did not disappoint! Very well made. Customer service was exceptional; she gave us awesome recs, answered all of our questions, and gave our pup peanut butter and... some smoothie base that was safe for dogs!
