Terrible. The staff here doesn't really care if you have a good experience or not. It's fascinating to watch. Do not dine... here! We drove many miles on a family outing to get to Wildfire. We made the reservation for Saturday at 7 P.M., and we askedif their nightly special (the Wellington) would be available. The host said, "No problem, we won't run out at that time." Great. We wanted to make a special trip to try it. We arrived and ordered. A few minutes after, the waiter returned and told us theWellington was sold out. No real apology, just life. Okay, fine. I ordered something different, and after enjoying what wecould, we ended the evening at 8:30—about 90 minutes after we first arrived. As we were leaving, we noticed several tablesbeing served—you guessed it—the Wellington. I asked a waitress in passing if they were still selling it, and she told us ithadn't sold out yet. Lame! The Food is Great. Best Salmon around, my favorite dish! Since COVID started, they took away some of the most beloved... items. Double Stuffed baked potato was what dreams are made of. Their pepperoni cauliflower crust pizza was delicious ???? nowgone. Super saddened by their demise. Read more

I've been going to Wildfire for 15 or so years. My favorite is the porterhouse or bone in rib eye followed by their seasonal... fish specials, and even the steak sandwich is a delight. You have to have their wildfire chopped salad. The staff are veryprofessional and the atmosphere of 1940s supper club is warm and comfortable. It is not loud with exception to the bar area.Over all a pleasant experience. The value of the food to the price is a 7 out of 10. Nice for a date night or business dinner. Read more

Shaded patio. The food is incredible and cocktails are delicious. Get the stormy night. I usually get the medallion trio, but... branched out to their salmon with tzasziki sauce and it was everything you'd wish for. The balsamic asparagus were ok but notto die for. The lemon broccoli is usually a hit as are the mashed potatoes. Au gratins are ok. Desserts are always spot onand we get fantastic service. They close a bit early at 8:30 but if you are finishing up they let you stay while they clear thepatio tables. Free parking. Read more

Our server was great- however I wouldn’t recommend this place to folks. Over expensive/ not great quality. I ordered a medium... rare porterhouse and was served a well done/ tough/ dry porterhouse. I asked for them to fix it, the server took it, and amanager came back with the steak and questioned me on what was wrong with it/ said she checked it and she thought it wascorrect.. very tacky & the whole party I was with attested it was over cooked. The manager just seemed very rude and gave noindication she cared. Eventually they brought out another steak that was cooked to the appropriate temp but was extremely salty& still tough. We had a much better porterhouse at Texas Roadhouse for half the price. Overall, I wouldn’t return. Drinkswere $11 plus and could t taste any alcohol. Sipped down a cosmo and a vodka lemonade like it was straight juice. But I amappreciative to our server and enjoyed the Caesar salad ??????????? Read more

Sat at the bar. Initial service was poor. Empty drink for 15 minutes while the bar tender was completely oblivious. Next one to... come in was more attentive. Ordered the beef Wellington for $50 which has four main ingredients. They left out a major one. (theprosciutto) but you wouldn't know that because this is the only restaurant that didn't describe the meal on the menu and givedetails about it. The meat was cooked to perfection but by the time I let it cool down the pastry was soggy from the lack ofprosciutto. I've had cheaper wellingtons in NYC that were made properly. This was kind of a joke. Read more

Wildfire has good steak. Really good steak! That said, you pay for what you get. Expect to spend around $50-100 per plate. The... environment is kind of fun. It reminds me of my grandparent's house when I was a little kid. It's definitely got that 1940ssupper club vibe going on. Besides the price, my only other issues were the cramped seating (tables were about 3' apart) andthe inclusion of only one side with the dinner. That isn't industry standard. It's a good place for an occasional fancy (?)dinner, but "bang for buck" Texas Road House or Outback are probably better. Read more
