I try to make this my only Starbucks I go to. It?s definitely a welcoming, low key vibe. Had the pleasure of meeting Brooke, who... made my iced brown sugar oatmilk blonde espresso perfect. One star is a stretch. My daughter just ordered a pink drink without ice - over $6 - and they literally filled it 1/3 of the... way. She has ordered this a million times at a million different Starbucks, and we?ve never had this happen. Totally understand if they don?t fill it all the way because of room for ice, but this was extreme. When I asked about it they said they?re afraidof running out. Um, what? Always a problem using the coupons I get at the pharmacy. Last time they finally got the coupon to work they used regular milk... in my soy milk latte and honestly if I had to guess it was decaf espresso. I know for sure it was cows milk instead of soy butwho knows if it was regular espresso or not. The more expensive the coffee the crappier the service is apparently. Read more
I wanted to order a brewed coffee and use my stars to pay. I asked if the brewed coffee Christmas Blend was a medium roast or... dark roast. The first person didn?t know so they asked their coworker who assured me that it was a medium roast (it?s a darkroast I found out later). I ordered the coffee with half-and-half. They worker scanned my phone and charged me rather than usingmy stars. Then, they added my order to the queue rather than just pouring the brewed coffee. Finally, they poured my coffee andthen went in back to find more half and half. When they opened it, the worker then decided they needed to steam thehalf-and-half before adding it to my brewed coffee. Never in my life have I seen someone steam half-and-half before adding tobrewed coffee. What a weird, slow, and slightly disappointing experience. Read more
Tried to redeem my points here for a free drink (150 stars) when I have over 600 stars and the employees could not figure out... how to enter points. I then tried to simply pay using my mobile account which they also had trouble with...I feel like everyStarbucks at this point should know how to scan the mobile app as well as redeem points.
