Ridiculous. They don't have enough staff to operate like a normal store in the mall. People are on lunch break and you want them... to place an online order, wait, then try to eat?? Meanwhile I'm looking directly at two guys who are on the clock and arewatching videos on their phones. They don't look overwhelmed with work. Read more
Really a terribly run location. - Hours are always limited and vary daily (I understand, everyone is short staffed?but this is... going on 6 months) - Staff is semi friendly (they lack engagement), but super slow! Zero sense of urgency. This is with fourpeople working. Expect to wait 5-10 minutes before ordering and another 5-10 minutes for them to make your food. -Manager/owner is either unable or unwilling to improve this location. For two weeks their fountain machine was out of order. -Location is clean, but I give credit to the landlord of the mall they?re in and the maintenance team they have cleaning. Iwould recommend choosing a different spot for food, until improvements are made. Read more
Had an issue with my online order on 6-21-22 which was totally my fault. Called the store and talked to Jacqulynn (one of the... managers) to try to correct it. She was extremely pleasant and patient with me even though it was during the lunch rush. Theproblem was resolved and I'm very impressed with how she handled it! She's a keeper! Read more
I've been here quite a few times and Johann is always making the sandwiches and he's amazing! Such a kind and welcoming person... who makes you smile. He is also lightening fast at making sandwiches. This guy deserves a raise! Literally the best employeeever! Read more

Placed mobile order in morning for pick up at 6:15 pm. Got there and was greeted by 3 of the nicest employees I?ve met in... awhile. Walked in literally at 6:13 and the food was being made fresh. Most places would have it sitting around in advance, butnot here. Food was correct and delicious. Thanks for making our dinner a great experience. Read more
Potbelly Sandwich Shop has become my new favorite sandwich shop. The sandwiches I have had are wonderful, can be made... specifically to your preference and are aways correctly prepared.
