It was just me and another car in the drive thru and they rushed it, which is fine because its fast food but they messed up my... order after repeating to me what I ordered. It is hard to go wrong with a Popeye's meal deal. The chicken is tasty and spiced just right for my taste. A bit tough to find... without Google maps, but in a decent spot to get into and out of. The team member who was at the cashier was fantastic.Friendly, upbeat, helpful and really made my day after a crazy 12 hours of work. The first bite melted the days madness awayand being responsible, I only eat a single piece as I am counting calories! Great to have chicken to put into the air fryer forthe next few days. This is a once every 4 months treat, so maybe I will get back there during the January chinook winds whichallow for decent winter travel. Read more
I came in at the end of the night to this Popeyes location and placed a pretty big order. Carlos took my order and treated me... like I was the first customer of the day. He greeted me with a big smile and was very warm to me after I had a rough day today.His service and my order/food were perfect even though I was one of the last customers of the night. First time trying this location it will be my last. I ordered online when I got there they didn't have my order. When they... made my order it was ice cold and greasy. When I got back my laptop said this location. They tried to claim I made the orderto a different location which I didn't. You have to have your cell phone to use the soda machine. Avoid this location at all costs. It was by far the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. The chicken was dry, flavorless, and not... spicy whatsoever. The fries and tasted old, like they had been sitting for a long time, and biscuits were completely flat anddry. We always look forward to our Popeye's night, but this one was disgusting. Read more
Popeyes got me through pregnancy with their delicious spicy chicken. The past 6 months or so we can't seem to get anything we... actually want to eat from this location. The Mac and cheese has been burnt and the biscuits taste like soap, Gone are the daysof delicious spicy chicken, everything taste mild. I'll only be getting Popeyes from the north metro from now on. Food is beyond not worth it and super disgusting. I know I shouldn?t say that about food but honestly there?s no other word that... comes to mind to describe it. I called in to check if it was halal and was assured it was which is the only reason I wanted togive it a try. Though when I asked the gentleman on the phone about where the meat comes from he said he has no idea where it?sfrom but was very confident it is halal. I really hope the standard of ?halal? is higher the standard of the food. Had to waitat the window for about 10 minutes even tho I preordered online. When I was handed my order I asked the lady if she couldconfirm what I ordered as it was 55-60$ worth of chicken ????. She just said yes and closed the window on me. The disappointmentcontinued when I brought the food home. Chicken is super dry and tasted like it?s expired meat from ages ago. Fries were superhard and rubbery. The chicken was just not very good. It was flavorless (original) or just tasted like Buffalo sauce (spicy). One piece was even... under cooked. The Cajun fries were good. The kids liked the Mac and cheese. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning (including theglass doors and the walls). Read more
