Usually I love Osaka. The food was great as always. Tonight we brought our two kids and were really excited for them to see the... show put on by the chef. We waited for at least 20 minutes after sitting down and ordering. The disappointment that followedwas frustrating. The chef we had just went through the motions and didn't put on the usual entertaining show. It was borderlineboring. I did say something to the manager and she really didn't care. Great food! I love the Hibachi dinners, especially the noodles.

Writing this review from the lobby, where I have been sitting for at least 30 minutes past my online order pickup time. The grub... hub driver leaving angry as I came in should have been my sign. The ambiance of this place is off putting as well. No music, butrather listening to "The Voice" playing on the tv from the bar and the occasional God forsaken "happy birthday" song/chantrecording played over the speakers. I honestly wish I was joking. For sure will be my last time, definitely don't plan ongetting a to go order here, slow as can be. I keep getting told "almost ready" in 10 minute intervals. Read more

Good sushi, terrible service. Waitress unfortunately barely understood a word I said, did not bring out my correct order the... first time. Then she tried to ARGUE with me, and tell me that's not what I told her and that I had ordered whatever she broughtout! Eventually she said she'd bring out my correct order and it never came! I just noticed they are open for dinning and hibachi. We are so exciting that are open for dinning. We chosen hibachi side. The... food was great. Service was excellent. Chef was fun and entertained. Stayed at the Hotel nearby. A fun dinner with practiced Hibachi chefs. The food was cooked well and the portions we're about... right. This is evidently a VERY popular place to go on your birthday and you should know that going in. While I was there Iheard the restaurants birthday song five or six times. The song is not sung but played at high volume on speakers that surroundthe hibachi tables. I am not against celebration but this was a little too much as well as detracting from the hibachi "show". Additionally, our party settled at the end of the night for getting out bills close to correct as that was clearly the best wewere going to do. Read more
