Despite the COVID-19 staffing shortage, this crew works tirelessly nonstop to serve great, fresh sandwiches. Unfortunately their... delivery does take a bit, but I've never had bad food from this place. The one time I did, all I had to do is simply ask themanager to make a new sandwich because the one they gave simply wasn't their usual quality. They even refunded the order withoutme even asking. In an area such as Eden Prairie it's hard to work a minimum wage job, and deal with snobby rich people. Madprops to the 3 managers and crew members who work here. Read more
Worst shop ever. The manager is a complete a$$hole. Legit ordered my sandwich at 12:15pm. It is now 1:22 pm and still not out... for delivery. When I called to ask about my delivery, he immediately acted like I was yelling at him over the phone. Not onlywas I not yelling, but I also wasn't getting a solution. My sandwich had oil and vinegar on it, so I expressed how my sandwichwould be soggy and he simply didn't care. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SHOP. PICK A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Read more
Used to work in retail and rarely leave poor reviews, but I would rate zero if I could. I timed it at 12 minutes in the... drive-thru line before leaving without my order, not one car had moved and I had to get back to work. Pathetic when your sloganis "freaky fast." Had another bad experience years ago at this location, will never return. Glad to see the owner is monitoringthese comments, I considered sending a separate email to ownership. The food is good, in store service is always quick for me as well. I ordered for delivery for the first time today, it took 45... minutes to deliver my sandwich.. My soda was flat with no ice left in it when I received it. I understand if you get busy but Ifeel a call or some type of communication about the delivery time needs to be established. There is no estimated delivery timeon the email but I know they're supposed to be 'freaky fast'. 45 minutes is far to long. Read more
Generally quick delivery but come on guys, how hard is it to follow the sandwich customizations entered on the app? Do not... expect anything other than the base sandwich no matter what you specify. This happens on every order I make at this location. Read more
