This is the worst Chinese I have ever had. I have had better food out of a freezer. The General was horrible, there was no... veggies. The Kung pow chicken was slimy. It was absolutely gross. There was no spicy mustard for the egg rolls and 2 packets ofsoy sauce for a dinner for two. I called asking for a refund or credit and was told they wouldn't do it. I don't suggest eatinghere. My spouse got the pad thai. Bland at best. I liked the egg roll. Fried rice was ok. Mongolian chicken was good but very oily
My mom and I drive past this place a lot, and we finally decided to give it a try. It was great, it was really easy to order,... and when we went to pickup our food, the staff was very nice. The food was good, not the best I've had, but it definitelyexceeded my expectations. We especially enjoyed the egg foo young, steamed vegetables and sugar donuts. My orange chicken wasquite tasty, and although there was a lot a sauce, my mom says her szechuan shrimp was great. I would definitely order fromHouse of Kai again in the future. Read more
The food here is pretty solid. I got the sesame chicken, friend got the beef and broccoli, and husband got the sweet and sour... chicken. All of us enjoyed our meals. The fried rice that came with the meal was fine... Nothing special. The cream cheesepuffs are a little disappointing, though. It's just plain cream cheese, but I appreciate when there's some chives or otherflavors in the cream cheese. Overall, though, pretty good and affordable, and the fast, friendly service was definitely a plus! Read more
