Location has changed. This Five Guys is consistently average, but their signature "way too much" fries portions are still there.... Dining area is a bit smaller, which makes sense, but the burgers are consistently overcooked, the fries under-cooked andunder-portioned, and the service unchanged, is still worse than a Wendy's drive-thru. Do not order through their app. Do notorder online. Do not expect their times through those apps to be accurate. If you want food from this location, order it onlocation and expect to wait 10 minutes. They do not pay attention to the app. You can order 1 minute ahead of time or 100minutes ahead of time, it will not matter. Read more

Had an interview today that was confirmed and the manager outright lied and denied my interview which I had confirmed I would be... attending the day before. Very upset and reaching out to HR and Customer Service. Took one look at me and said they weren?thiring after I showed him the confirmation of my interview and that the job posting was put up that week WITH the now hiringsign still up as it has been for the last couple of months. Very hurt, professionalism is dead here and the manager had noexplanation but ?sorry? try somewhere else. Will be pursuing this legally. Read more
Great tasting food as usual! Haven't been to a Five Guy's I didn't care for till today, a couple of the employees were pretty... gossipy about customers. Not a fan of that, but the guy on the fries and calling out the orders was great ???????? Read more
