Reviews for Bo Diddley's in Eden Prairie, MN
I have been here a couple of times already and enjoyed it every time! The sandwiches are huge and extremely filling (I normally... order a whole and split it with someone or have leftovers). The soups are also pretty good, but my favorite thing has to be theItalian sandwich. I would definitely recommend this place if you?re looking for a cheap, quick, and filling meal! Read more
Staff was totally friendly and helpful. We walked right at 5:30PM with no wait. The food is so good and they have lots of... choices for chips unlike other places. I got a #6 (ham and turkey). In the photo you can see there is a generous portion ofmeat. The sandwich was filling for sure. Not sure why this place is not busier; it?s very good. Read more

I was excited to try this place because I'd heard good things and seen great reviews. WOW they were all right!! Pictured is a... 1/3 size corned beef, a 1/2 size roast beef, and one of the soups of the day (roasted red pepper). Holy cow I would seriouslybuy the red pepper in bulk if they sold it - so good!!!! Everything about the sandwiches was fresh - the bread, the lettuce, themeat. Great flavored oil! Can't wait to come back! Read more
My mom was a Bennie and used to go to the original location in college. So stoked that their EP spot is only a mile away from... home. All their sandwiches are awesome (I couldn?t help myself and took a bite before snapping a photo). The bread is so goodand all of their ingredients are top notch. Can?t wait to try the gyros, schwarma & soup. I?m hooked. Read more
Brand new and clean, in a former location that housed a Subway. Friendly service and great food. I think one thing you'll... immediately notice when taking a bag with a half sandwich (I had Italian which I like using to compare place) is that you feelthe weight. They're not skimping. Many other sandwich places, a half sandwich is something you barely feel that you ate, butdefinitely not the case here. Solid amount of meat, but the bread holds up. It's soft but has flavor and doesn't fall apart toany oil or dressing like some places with softer breads. Just the right amount of mayo and dressing to add flavor but notoverpower. I also had a gyro, and it was really good too. The tzatziki is more solid, not the overly runny stuff (aka cheaplywater-diluted because the yogurt and dairy part is the expensive part) in many places that can make a sandwich soggy. While Idon't live near there, I do go to Champions Hall on Friday nights for volleyball, and this is definitely a good option to grabbeforehand, maybe eat a bit before and have some for after since there aren't many options open past 11pm even on a Friday. Alsoconveniently located next to Jerry's Foods if you wanted to grab something to eat while doing errands/groceries. Read more
If you have experienced Bo Dids from Central MN and wonder if this will stack up, the sandwhich was 100% like the original... locations. The bread was right on and I knew from the first smell when I unwrapped it that this was going to be good. I got thehalf ham with everything and it was perfection. Friendly staff, great service. While I knew exactly what I wanted, the staffwere very helpful to those who didn't. I drove from NE Minneapolis to check it out and I will definitely be back. Read more
Went here for the first time not knowing what to expect. The people working there are very friendly and have a positive... attitude. I got the #1 and I?m not gonna lie, it was the widest sandwich I?ve ever eaten, and the amount of flavor was insane.Definitely will be coming back. The only thing I didn?t like was the $14 grand total for sandwich, chips and a drink. If thesandwich combo wasn?t so expensive, I think I would definitely come here more often. Awesome sandwich and friendly workers madethis experience a 5 star. Read more
