Lovely staff, fast service. Very convenient. .... But consistently cold "hot" coffee. Only Starbucks I know that serves it so... cool, you can drain the cup as you collect it. Read more

It?s *Starbucks, so there?s that. *Insert your own personal coffee-snobbery/overt-political prejudice here. This is a newish... location for 2020 (might?ve been completed 2019) but the locals here in Appalachia seem pleased...at least with the gigantic,sugary, green slushy-looking beverages. Don?t know matcha bout those myself. Seems a far cry from the Japanese tradition. Covidweirdness currently means no sitting down anywhere, inside or outside. Wildly compliant store setup at the moment. Feels like aline for a ride at an amusement park. Haha, I appreciate the dedication. I came for the free WiFi but ended up having to sit inmy car until I gave up on the awkwardness of it all. Despite the masks, I still think the servers were smiling, so the staffexperience was pleasant. The nitro cold brew I had was nice, a little weak on the flavor profile but refreshing at least. Alsohad a spinach feta wrap. They?re expensive microwaved sandwiches, but I keep buying and consuming them, so... Standard Starbucksstuff. Read more
I gave my order twice & still they got it completely wrong. Coffee was great. I paid for the car behind me & was charged, but... once the car behind me ordered, they were also charged! Maybe it was someone new. Just a bad experience. Unfortunately we werejust driving through. So didn't have time to go inside & get it all fixed. Read more
