Unimpressed. I placed an online order while at work to be picked up once I got off. I got off early from work (yay) and arrived... 45 min early. I was surprised to find out that I couldn?t get my food any earlier. The girl at the register(no name tag) wasvery unhelpful and seemed like she didn?t care to try and figure out how I could get my order going now. She said the ticketdoesn?t print until 15 min before pickup. I offered to show her my receipt to show what I ordered since it was already paid foronline and she said she still needed a ticket and that I?d have to wait the 45 min. So I sat outside for 45 min and when I cameback in she informed me that the grill had broke and they were out of chicken. She asked if steak was fine, I said sure. I thenhad to wait another 15 min for my food. So my night that started out great by getting off work early?ended with me getting homelater than usual. The food was okay but not worth the headache I went through. I?ll just keep going to Kobe?s in the mall for mychicken teriyaki. They are fast and friendly. Read more
Food was blah. Chicken was hard as rock!! Oversauced and sloppy. Barely any veggies even though it said it would have a decent... amount of vegetables. Staff was unprofessional. Looks like they hard up for workers because..... I hope they improve. Should becheaper in it's plastic serving dishes and low quality. Tried it three times. Same s#@t results. Read more
The food was absolutely amazing. The place was very nice. I love their cookies and chicken. The food stays hot/warm for 1... HOUR!!! Take out is nice too. Also ORDER OF DOOR DASH it?s nice to get food in the comfort of your own home. Read more
Though not my first choice when I think of eastern Asian cuisine, I do like the American twist on it (which is fast food),and... there is a specific chef there who just seems to make every dish magical just by cooking (conjuring) it up. His skill is somagnificent, all of the other cooks look up to him like the father they never had, but it's probably because he is 6'7". Ihighly recommend the orange chicken and the fried tofu is second to none in the area. Read more
Teriyaki chicken was good & the orange chicken was bomb.com, the noodles were awesome-perfectly cooked & well seasoned! I was... also happy that the bathroom & seating areas were very clean, & the service was friendly yet professional! The only things Ifelt would improve the place were: more vegetable variety (as a person who is not a vegetarian but who *prefers* veggies) Iwould like more produce than cabbage, broccoli, & carrots. The other thing would be to offer coupons or a dish of the dayspecial because it did cost a bit more than we expected for the portion sizes. I never write reviews! But this place needs one. This is probably the best place I have eaten in a very long time. I got the... fried rice teriyaki chicken with extra vegetables it is amazing this is the second time I've eaten here in 3 days. I could notstop thinking about that after I eat here at the first time so I had to go back again. I don't mind waiting for my food therebecause I know it's always going to be delicious and fresh. They're friendly I think it's worth the money that you pay for it...they need another shop on the Southside. Read more
Very clean, helpful staff with all questions being first time eating here. Order was presented quickly, fresh and hot. Generous... amount of food for price, meat was made perfectly, vegies were plentiful, nice amount of sauce to last thru the entire meal. Will definitely go back again :) Read more
