Had 30 people seated in a small area while 90% of the restaurant was completely empty and made us wait to be seated. Condiments... at the table was empty. Servers forgot requests like our To-go containers and silverware. The only people who seemed to know howto do their job was the cooks. Don't come here for good service. Read more

Red Robin has gone so far down hill in food quality we never get to eat at one I was so excited. But there pretty much an... expensive fast food quality place and bottomless fry is a joke they give a small handful with your 16$ fast food quality burger and Do not come back to check on you until your last bite of your food to ask if you want more. Our server was very polite and efficient. I haven't been to a Red Robin in years; I used to love coming here. I still like their... fries, and I recommend their Campfire sauce. My mom and I had lunch here. The burger was meh. I was mostly disappointed that theinside of the restaurant seemed uncleaned for a while. Blinds broken/disheveled, tiles had old food stuck to them, the carpetingin the main seating area wasn't vacuumed from what appeared to be the previous day's mess, and the 2 garbage cans out front werecompletely overflowing. I haven't been 'dining in' much since the pandemic shut that option down for a while; IMO after diningin here, I see more benefit to just doing takeout in the future. Read more

Our service was excellent. Our appetizer came out quickly (pickle nickels). Sauce was delicious! The burgers came out send were... cooked well. My fries were lukewarm at best, but our server room care of it quickly. Problem solved. I wish the burgers wereseasoned a bit more (the toppings made up for it though).
