Good selection of beers, although I wish they were more sours! A good place to stop off the interstate. Good kids menu that they... actually serve on a plate suitable for Littles! I was also impressed with the fruit option, included berries versus other placeswho just serve mostly melon. Steak salad was quite good, the tomato soup and grilled cheese was not exactly what we wereexpecting, the tomato soup was more of a dipper versus an actual cup but both are good. I honestly forgot to provide the review when I went there last year. I do remember that the food was above average in terms of... taste and quality along with the pricing was right on point with what you are getting. First timer here on the Cheese Curd Crawl. Except I couldn?t have ANY curds?or ANYTHING on the appetizer menu due to a fish... allergy. I?m allergic to fish and they fry everything in the same oil. What a shame. (My daughter had the chicken and fries-also shared in fishy oil). The burger was outstanding. As was my waiter. But I won?t return here because the good stuff on themenu is contaminated for us with allergies. Read more

Where to begin? The staff, the atmosphere, the beer, and the food are out of this world. The cheese curds were the best cheese... curds anyone at our table had ever had. They have three choices and we had the traditional curds. Great selection of beers.Wonderful menu options with unique hamburgers. Great list of beers on draft. They definitely don't disappoint there! Cheese curds were fantastic, walleye tacos were awesome,... and did I mention the beer?! Has the feel of a typical sports bar. We had higher expectations of this place based on the beer list, but service was very... slow, and food/drinks were even slower. Workers were friendly everything was just super slow. Food was edible but all the meatsand fried foods were over cooked. Decent beer list though. Read more

We went here last night and absolutely loved it. Their "boneless wings" are AMAZING - chunks of tender white meat chicken with a... bit of crunch on the outside. We tried them with spicy garlic sauce and sweet chili - both were good, but the sweet chili wasout of this world. Our server was quick, friendly, and attentive. As the Tap House name implies, they have a very extensivebeer list, and they run specials. I tried two unique beers, and my husband (who doesn't drink alcohol) was very pleased that hewas given the option to customize his lemonade with several fruit flavors - they even had mango, his favorite. We both likedour burgers. My husband especially loved his, the pepper jack guac burger. Their beer-battered fries are my favorite type offrench fries, crispy and delicious, and my side of mac and cheese was awesome - the spiral noodles really hold the cheesy saucewell. Since we live out of town, I'll just have to dream about their boneless wings until our next visit to Eau Claire. This was my 1st time going there. The food was very good. It tasted absolutely amazing. Unfortunately our waiter was no good. He... kept coming to us and apologizing for not paying us enough attention And taking too long to take our orders. But that's onlybecause we kept watching him and he was continuously going over to a table with 2 beautiful women during a football game. Whenwe got our bills we we were completely shocked and amazed by the fact that they charged us $11 for 1 can of beer that we didn'teven finish because it was disgusting. So the food was good.
