Went to this McDonald?s because it was right next to the hotel I was staying at for the night. Was very tired and wanted... something ? quick? to eat. Walked in and no one else was waiting for food or ordering. Used the self serve kiosk because noemployee would acknowledge me to take my order. Which I guess is how fast food is nowadays. Placed my order at 6:08pm which wasprinted on receipt. Waited 5 min? order not ready still no one ordering inside or waiting for food and maybe 3 people totaleating there food in lobby. 10 mins goes by and I am still waiting? 15 mins goes by no acknowledgement of can I help you or whatare you waiting on, nothing from any employee. So I politely say excuse me like 4 times before someone even looks in mydirection. An employee walks over and I say to the employee I have been waiting for my food for over 15 mins. Employee takes myreceipt and is seems completely confused and says they are making it now. Waited about another 5 mins finally received my food.Big Mac and fries were awful. Cold and gross. $13+ for a meal and a 20+ min wait for fast food and even worse service. No Thankyou. And These teenagers and young people are making $15 an hour working at McDonald?s. Where is good service these days? Is itto much to ask to be provided good service? Read more
FYI to management, the order is not being completed in the time that is being recorded. Our order took around 5 min longer than... what the screen said until it was complete and didn't include drinks, utensils, or syrup for the hotcakes. Read more

This McDonald's I found is the best. Very helpful staff and the food is always hot. We do the online order and our food is right... 98% of the time. Read more
Wife ordered breakfast via door dash. Food showed up with half our order. We got our sandwich meals but missing 2 hot cakes, but... the nice thing is we got the condiments for the hotcakes. Not sure how we got the condiments for the hotcakes but missing ourhotcakes? We called and got our money back for the missing food. 2 stars for returning our money but no breakfast for me. Read more

Got here for a quick breakfast while me and my brother in law were on our way to Chicago from MN. The place looked very tidy and... there were probably couple of more customers other than us. We made our orders of one plate of hot cakes, a MC eggburger(without meat) and a coffee to the waitress and waited around. Our order was called out and we gathered our plate to anearby table. My bro in law opened up his wrapper and found that it still had beacon or some meat in it and took it back to thewaitress. She apologized and got back with a new burger without meat. As we ate along, we realized that our coffee wasn?tserved. He went back to the waitress again and again she apologized and got him his coffee. We would have understood it, had itbeen a crowded time but it was not and that was what frustrating. Again, one waitress cannot determine a restaurant?s standardholistically but we only had our experience for once and that wasn?t great! *Be mindful of what you put on your plate. Worst drive thru service, super slow and long waiting periods for food. They often forget parts of your order.
