First time visit & we encountered a very clean & modern coffeehouse on Southside of Eau Claire. Spacious & with a great outdoor... space patio. Best coffee shop around. I LOVE the modern style and layout of the building. It's a perfect place to meet people and work on... stuff. Every barista there is so friendly and knowledgable. I delivered almost 50 gallons of milk for this company through instacart and they tipped me $5. An order of this size should... easily be tipped closer to $20. I have been a frequent customer of Kahvi since they have opened. The atmosphere is amazing and the coffee is great but something... has changed drastically with the customer service. The last few months, the workers have been making several mistakes on ourorders. I even went in to request new kolaches and was given attitude for bringing up my concern. The last three drive thruvisits we had to go back to have them fix their mistakes. I am not one to complain, I have worked in fast food and know how hardit is! Something has changed, and I hope the owner realizes what an amazing establishment they have, but the workers make theatmosphere, and sadly the atmosphere has changed since they've first open.
