My fiancee got 3 sandwiches today at the Truax location. 2 for us for dinner, one as a snack for him, the slim tuna salad. They... asked if he wanted cheese, he said no. He opened the slim and got JUST a CHEESE sandwich, NO TUNA at all. Luckily the other 2are correct. But... ?!? (Tried to share the pic I took also, but it won't let me). So sad. Read more
I ordered a Caesar Chicken wrap. It cost more than $10 dollars. It was disgusting. There was very little chicken and it was... watery and soggy with the Caesars sauce. I hated it and threw it out after two bites. What a waste of money. Read more
Ordered just roast beef and cheese. Asked about mayo, I said no just meat and cheese. Charged me for the double meat sandwich... rather then a Slim Jim. Went back in and said nicely my sandwich is wrong. I told him this has happened the last 3 visits.Handed me a new sandwich and I said I won?t be back.He yelled out ? sounds good ?. Definitely the worst sandwich I've ever had at JJ's... as shown by the picture, I guess there is a lettuce shortage..and the... lack of meat was a total shock...also when I ordered, I asked to leave the bread in ( if I pay for a sandwich I want the breadthat it comes with) and when I opened it up the bread was pulled out and stuck to the inside of the wrapper...smh! Just beautiful sandwich. Jimmy John Truax Blvd has the best sandwich artisan. This is why I go there for lunch everyday. For all... the people who says they dont get enough fillings, must not know you can get xtra veggies for free. Just look at my photo. Read more
Completely and utterly disappointed. You charge how much for your sandwiches and this is what we get delivered. Also was told it... would take 5 to 6 min, which is obviously inaccurate...and then you take a half hour. Quality? Nonexistent. Read more

Always plenty of people on staff ready to take your order and make your... sandwich to your liking; although you can't always expect the best of conversations they're most always standing there with asmile. Love the subs and the lettuce wraps are a nice healthy option, too
