So I get gas and pay at the pump and they hold 75 dollars on my debit card. That?s fine... usually the station wherever I fill... up at releases the hold after 5 minutes. NOT THESE GUYS. it?s been TWELVE HOURS. I called and she said she had no control overthat and didn?t even apologize. I wish I give this place a 0 star, the night crew is very rude, there's this one lady that will follow me around, try to make it... look like she's not, and just stare at me the entire time, and when I cash out, she rolls her eyes and just glares and does nothave a good attitude. it is awkward. They keep consistent prices with other gas stations. Clean restrooms.
Nice large holiday station with fast pumps and large convenience store.
Good selection of food, drinks, and candy. Deals are decent. Daytime workers are usually nice. However, the night staff is... usually surly and sometimes outright rude (at least at the Golf Road MEGA holiday). The gentleman working there tonight seemedirritated by our presence as soon as my friend and I got up to the counter. On top of that, he couldn't get the EBT (foodstamps) reader to work for my friend's purchase. From where I was standing, it looked like one of the cables was loose orsomething, because it was taking my friend's PIN but it kept beeping and the register wasn't recognizing that it wasswiped. After literally throwing the PIN entry pad at her three times, he rudely told us he wouldn't be able to sell to her andushered us out the door without so much as a goodbye, or an apology for wasting well over 10 minutes of our time. We went tothe Kwik Trip across the street to get dinner after that. When we got home, though, it turned out the charge DID hit myfriend's food stamps card, so now she's going to have to figure out a way to dispute the transaction. Basically only went therefor the wider selection, but won't be going to shopping there anymore since this is not the first time I've had rude service. Read more
Don't use this car wash! I bought the best one, and it did not get my truck clean. Unlike most modern carwashes with robotic... arms, deep cleaning foam and rotating pressure washing nozzles, this one just pulls you through some spinning and flapping rags. It didn't get my truck clean. There are other Mega-Holiday car washes that are up to date and effectively clean your vehicle. This isn't one of them. Read more
