Food was what was to be expected, but the service was exceptional. The girl at the counter was patient and helpful. She came out... twice to check on us to see if we needed anything and to warn us that the spot by the sodas was wet from being mopped. Read more
I understand the service industry is hurting right now but what happened with our order was no excuse. Ordered a Big Hot Ham... Meal, Big Roast Beef Meal, and a Kids Cheeseburger meal. It was a very long wait to begin with. When I got home I went to givemy son the milk that came with his meal. It was already open and half gone. These milks have a seal on them and there was noseal. Our fries were half filled up. The milk really made me mad. I called and spoke to Dakotah the manager and I told himabout the milk. He said that?s happened because they use that milk for their shake machine because they don?t have theingredients for the shake machine. This is a 7oz milk. How much can that really help fill a shake machine? I asked why theydon?t mark the open milks and keep them separate from the unopened of that was the case. He sighed and said I don?t know. You?re the manager get your stuff together. I don?t but the reason for the milk being open as what he stated. I truly thinksomeone drank it and then they gave us the half used milk. He offered a coupon for my issues. I said a coupon? I want moneyback. I will never be back except to get my money back. Read more
Absolutely a disgrace. We were the only ones there and our food came out incorrect, under cooked and sub par would be considered... a compliment. All the soda ordered tasted dirty, usually indicating the Co2 is low or out and our cups filled only 2/3 full. Ourfries were either half filled or hap hazardly thrown into the bag. For how long it took and considering we were the onlycustomers at the time, these kind of "mistakes" we're not accidental. The boy who first answered the drive thru was extremelyrude and harsh with us from the beginning to the point the female worker took over taking our order. One of the meals orderedhad slider sized burger patties instead of the regular size, once again carelessly incorrect. Just a waste of time and money. Read more
I just waited 30 minutes in line. Never in my life have I seen this but multiple cars behind me ordered food and then left the... line before they paid or got their food. After receiving my food, they forgot to add half the ingredients to the CharbroiledChicken Club Sandwich. I guess they didn't know it was also supposed to come with 2 strips of bacon, lettuce and Swiss cheese.Secondly the Big Ham and Cheese I ordered was too small, by a lot. It should have been 238g and instead was 149g. I will neverreturn. Fries are good though, despite being cold on account of the 30 minutes wait. Read more
The cashier handled money, his headset, paperwork, and then cupped their bare hand over the top of my fries while bagging them.... The cook opened apple pie boxes and loaded cooked apple pies barehanded. Please wear gloves at the appropriate times to avoidlooking gross. Read more
