First time to a firehouse subs. Food was fine, bread was kinda soggy. But this location just seems kinda sketchy. All the staff... are either high, or didn?t like having customers.. at least it seemed that way. We felt like we were in a prison cafeteria orsomething while we waited for our names to be called. This Firehouse Subs is one of the worst locations I have been to. I have stopped their several times throughout the last 2 years... while visiting family and I am done with them. This last time my order was completely screwed up even though the young girl atthe register repeated it back to me and yes I want a pickle. I ordered a Hook and Ladder and all I had on my sub was turkey. Itwas supposed to have turkey and ham. I also ordered soup but was never given any. However they were nice enough to include thecrackers. What a complete joke. I plan on calling the corporate office when I return back from vacation. I also don't blame thestaff, I blame management because ultimately it falls on them to make sure the staff is trained properly and apparently he orshe is not doing their job. So I don't know who the manager is at this location but clearly he or she needs to be retrained.Please check your order before leaving because this Firehouse Subs will find a way to screw it up your order. Just had a fabulous salad from Firehouse. Best salad. I love the fresh veggies ham cheese. Veggies are diced small so you get... some in every bite. The creamy pepper corn ranch is AMAZING.. extra fresh pepper bite. Big salad so worth it. ???? Read more
I enjoy the brisket sub from Firehouse Subs the most. Quality, fresh ingredients, all cooked up and delivered warm. Hits the... spot and it does no harm knowing that the rounded up tip amount goes to help Firefighters and EMTs. It actually makes you feelgood in more ways than one! Read more
I love this place. Great food, awesome service, short wait time, and a great cause as well. Helping Fire Depts and EMT's. They... have a great selection, good at adjusting order to your liking; for example, adding more onions or asking for no tomato. Theyhave several sizes as well. Prices are reasonable for what you're getting. Highly recommend this place. Read more
