We dined in, the food was fast and pretty good. They have a good variety on the menu. I had traditional wings with honey BBQ... sauce, they were pretty good. If you want good traditional Italian food fast, I recommend you stop on in. They have a drivethrough for convenience, and they cater as well. Read more
The staff is hands down the greatest. The food was excellent. We had not been to a Fazolis in years and stopped here on our way... to Minnesota. The breadsticks were excellent and pasta was really good. Kudos to the staff???? Read more
I get the $5 meals and they're the perfect portion size for me. The mozzarella skewers are really tasty, I prefer them over... mozzarella sticks. Their food isn't greasy like most American Italian food. I enjoy eating quick lunches and dinners to go fromhere. Read more
The pictures speak for themselves! Just sad. The place was a mess. Food took forever. Dirty dishes everywhere and the floor... is filled with food. The cashier was rude. They should just close up shop. Definitely won't be back. Read more
My girlfriend is a Fazoli's fanatic and has been trying to coerce me into coming for months. She got the chicken parm and loved... it. I got the chicken pesto and it was so good that I finished it before I could take a picture! We sat in the restaurant andour server, Emily, was so incredibly kind and accommodating. I felt that I needed to offset the reviews by patrons who had aless amenable experience. I will recommend to a friend. Read more
I've never had a bad experience here. Staff are consistently helpful & friendly. Food is always delicious and they seem to... genuinely care about their customers dining experience. Today they were quite busy with the drive-thru and call in orders. I hadto wait for just a tad bit longer than usual for my take out order...no big deal. When my order was ready, a staff membersincerely apologized for the wait and handed me a card for a free entree next time around and put extra bread sticks in with myto-go order. When we are in town this is always one of our favorite places to go, This visit though I thought I knew what I was getting but... was pleasantly surprised when it wasn't what I thought I was getting. I ordered Chicken Parmigiano, I have ordered this atseveral different Italian restaurants in my day so I thought it was very cut and dry and asked no questions. When they broughtit to the table and I saw that it had both marinara and alfredo sauce on it, I will admit that I was quite skeptical! However,it was amazing! I never would have tried that combination on my own, but it was quite delicious! The staff members working atthe counter were pleasant and smiled, and the staff member who walked around bringing the endless breadsticks was more so!Smiled the entire time, held conversations when appropriate, very kind!
