Absolutely terrible experience every time, I go here for the lemonade (I don?t trust their ?meat? and I?ve never seen those guys... wash their hands). Every worker is absolutely terrible at their job. Often they sit in the back without even coming up front toserve or they never say anything and you have to do the ?customer service? part for them. I've been going to Charles since they went in and their customer service has taken a nose dive. The employees don't care and it... shows. When you have almost zero produce, this is when you should step up your customer service because you know they won't begetting a full meal. Read more
Not even sure where to start, My first interaction with the lady at the counter was horrible, she started with ?you could just... come closer? in a very disrespectful and snarky attitude, while I was looking at the menu where I was standing back so that shewasn?t waiting on me while I try to find what I would like. She then was rude the entire time, it seemed as if she was trying tomake me feel stupid, I work at subway and this type of behavior would NEVER BE Tolerated, food was decent but the Woman whohelped me needs to be dealt with, this was on Sunday 21st around 4 in the afternoon. Managers need to be there for the afternoon and evening shifts, the young girl who checks you out has ZERO customer service... skills. She won't even take another order until the last order is served. 9 out of 10 times, they are out of green peppers andmushrooms....how can you sell Philly cheesesteaks without them???? The other young man, tall with dark brown hair, also has zerocustomer service skills. Very sad, because their food can be amazing when made right. Food was great. Service was awful by girl with short pink hair. Made other girl do all the work and just stood there while... waiting to have order taken. Two others in front of me went to Kobe?s because she wouldn?t take their order while other girl wascooking. When the other girl had a moment she took my order and was very polite. Read more
Stood in line to order something with my wife, but the one worker behind the counter was obviously too busy to acknowledge a... waiting customer. So needlessly to say we went to the vendor next door. I understand people being busy , but you stillacknowledge waiting customers. Will not return. Read more
Absolute worst service I've ever seen. The staff were screwing around the whole time they were making our food. They took so... long I actually had to ask the girl to reheat my fries while she was discussing her schedule with her boyfriend over thecounter. We had waited so long for our food we actually walked away and forgot our drinks, which they had forgotten to make.Then we stood around and waited some more. While we were waiting, an old Vietnam Veteran came up and politely reminded them hewas still waiting for his order. He went back up twice more while we were eating to wait, and he did not get his order until thestaff no longer had a line and then they finally made his order.
