Promptly seated and waited over 5 minutes for waitress. Took our orders and said would return with drinks but did not. Some... food arrived 30 minutes later. Waitress then realized we did not have our drinks and went and got them. Brought another one ofour items and they did not keep a requested item off and used the wrong type of chicken. Waitress needed to be reminded ofanother item we ordered and did not receive. The food was good and they did comp the item they messed up on. Read more
Me and my brother went here for dinner, it was not busy at all. when we got seated we were greeted by our server. She was nice,... but once we ordered our food she sat down at a table with her coworkers and never checked on us. We got our appetizer and myfood came out a little later. But we waited 15 minutes for my brothers food. I guess our server ordered food too and got hersbefore us and started eating it in front of us. My food was cold By the time my brother got his. We got Spicy wings so ourdrinks ran out quick. We waited 10 more minutes for more drinks. Then when we finished I needed to use the bathroom and I got inthere and there was NO TOILET SEAT. Like. They shut down online ordering. The website says to call and place to order. I was informed that they were not taking anymore... online or over the phone orders when I called. That I would physically have to come in to place a togo order. Then I would beexpected to wait an unknown amount of time there for it. I asked what kind of sense that made since they would have to make theorder anyways, wouldn't it make more sense to have more time to make it vs. me sitting there waiting on it? The girl in thephone was pretty rude and snippy. Said that they were short staffed and pretty much couldn't operate. Told me I'd understand ifI was in the kitchen. Yeah, I've worked food service... I get it. No reason to be rude to customers. Not sure what she wasgetting at trying to argue with me either especially considering how busy they apparently were. I told her I'd be goingelsewhere. I wanted to order a chicken Ceasar Salad.... nope they were all out of salad lettuce. Which I understand happens. So I ordered a... chicken sandwich husband got a burger. My husband's food was delivered to our table 8 minutes before I got my food. He wasbasically done when my food arrived. No apologies from the server who brought the food, no apologies from the waitress aboutfood coming late. The food was really good. I'll order takeout before ever going back inside. Read more
Let me just start with how the food was good. Everything came out well, but the service. Oh the service was something terrible.... Let me start by saying that it was NOT busy AT ALL. The server seemed to not care too much, dropped our forks off on the tableand told us he?d be right back, which is fine. So we waited? and waited? until finally he came by and asked us what we wanted todrink, which we already had enough time to figure out what we wanted for food. So we ordered and our food came relativelyquickly, but not by him, oh no, it was a nice lady. So we ate, with the waiter being only feet away from our table in the staffarea, talking and joking with coworkers, not asking us for refills or if we needed anything at all. So we finish our food, andwait? and wait? and watch him completely walk past our table and serve another table (which is fine again) and go back to hisarea to laugh and joke. It was about 20 minutes before I had to ask another waiter to bring us our bill and then, it took himforever to bring us the card back. I am NOT one to complain at all, but this was bad. Ridiculous service. If I could?ve giventhe waiter, who wasn?t even OURS, who was serving the table in front of us a tip, I would! He was amazing, but unfortunately, wegot stuck with the one we did. The servers looked busy, but never asked to refill drinks or take plates. The food is pretty good and the lunch specials are... reasonably priced. The place was clean seating and floor wise - I didn't see much beyond that. The staff was pretty niceoverall. Read more
I want to be extremely fair here. The bone-in honey BBQ wings were literally perfect/exceptional. However, the fries were... inedible (how to describe the texture??) The texture was, that foam board you buy for your kids for school projects. Ingenerally, I think it is safe to eat here for Chicken and Drinks... Just leave the appetizers alone, because those fries left mespeechless. And, I almost forgot... they did not come with any of the cheddar dry seasoning that I purchased. Read more
The only restaurant I can honestly say I?ve never had a bad experience at. No matter how short staffed they are, they always do... a fantastic job taking care of guests. All the employees I?ve ever met here have always been absolutely phenomenal! The wingsare absolutely delicious every time! Best BWW crew out there! Read more
