Dissatisfied with the service I received last night, had $2 dollars sitting out for a jager bomb. The bartender took the order... next to me and while exchanging his tab also took my money without acknowledging me. Later when confronting him. He responded?Any money on the bar is mine.? And continued ignoring me for the rest of the night until I went to another bartender. Bartenderwas a gentleman working on 6/29 had a larger figure with a beard, and had brown hair. Read more
By far my favorite bar in Eau Claire and specifically on water street. The staff are amazing, Frank is always super nice and... friendly and even learned me and my friend?s names! Great drinks and even better prices, mug club on Wednesday and differentdeals during the week! Clean bathrooms, shot-ski, tables, pool table, dance floor, DJ booth, and even free popcorn (while itlasts). Highly recommend this bar, have made so many memories here. Read more

I was very disappointed this weekend and will not return to brothers bar. I went in and for my first drink to start the night I... got a spotted cow. First couple drinks into it, it just did not taste right. So I had other friends try it and they told me ittasted bad. Like the tap needed to be changed because it was old. I went up to the manager and asked to exchange it for abudweiser in a bottle which was a cheaper beer and he insisted that I pay 3.25 for it and that he will not exchange my badspotted cow. Asked the guy three times to please do it and he would not. I let all my friends know and am telling you now to notsupport this bar as the manager was not willing to keep a customer happy and do a simple exchange for a bad beer...... I am a resident assistant for the local university. I was out one night and saw an UNDERAGE resident in the bars, which means he... must have used a fake or the bouncer illegally let him in. I walked up to TWO DIFFERENT BOUNCERS to say that he was my residentand underage, and BOTH of them said "I don't care, underage kids come in here all the time". REALLY? YOU DON'T CARE? The legalrepercussions could be bad for saying something like that. I'm honestly disgusted he was let in and that the staff treated mepoorly because I was helping them weed out people who can't be in there. Horrible. I usually love Brothers but this is just sad. One of the worst bars on water. HORRIBLE service unless you're a woman who shows your goods off. We stood at the bar for 20... minutes one night making sure they saw us but kept paying attention to other people. Can't move around at all, trashy dartboards that dont stick a single dart, and horrible bouncers. Would never recommend this to anyone. Read more
The bouncer (and owner according to the bartender) took my REAL Texas ID and even after waiting in the corner of the bar for the... police to show up for 45 MINUTES, he still wouldn't give it back. The cops finally showed up, verified my ID, and I didn't evenget so much as an apology from the bouncer. He was extremely rude, and he completely ruined my night. Read more
