Let me clear this up, the food is the only reason this is a 3 star. The employees do not care for their job or you. Lifeless... souls at the register. Unnecessary attitude whenever you ask for something. You have to ask for napkins, ketchup, or othersauces, that cost extra. The owner is cheap and it shows. They sometimes put chairs to make it seem like the eating area isclosed. Absolutely shameless. Read more
Worst Popeyes Ever! I placed an online order for pick-up @ 2:45 (35-minutes prior to my arrival). When I arrived, there were 2... people on line and 1 person at the online order pick-up area. I stood behind the person that was at the pick-up area. Once thatperson left the server walked away and went about completing other orders of people waiting online! Finally I summoned theperson and said I was here to pick-up an online order. He looked ahead could not find my order. (which was over $45). He walkedover to the printed and pulled off a few sheets of paper and days he works get my order now! First or was 8-minutes past thetime I was supposed to pick up my order and now I had to wait an additional 12-minutes good him to get it together. I ordered3-meals and requested 8-packages of sauces. He told me it would cost extra and could only give me 4-total! I didn't care andshe'd him his much the extra sauce would be, he said only $1! I told him it was totally fine! I handed him the $1, he walkedaway and out it in his pocket!!! This was the absolute worst experience I have had at any Popeyes or any fast foodsestablishment. Needless to say, I will NOT be frequenting this particular Popeyes and probably won't go to any of them again asthe parent company has no clue what they're franchisees are doing! This is absurd!!! Probably the cleanest Popeyes I have ever visited and one of the cleanest fastfood joints I?ve ever visited. Maybe we got there... early for dinner after their afternoon cleanup but there was no grease on the tables or floors and the bathrooms were veryclean. The spicy chicken sandwich was excellent. The tenders were not so good but I?ve never ever had good tenders at Popeyesalthough they did give us a lot more tenders than what we ordered. I would?ve been better off ordering a bucket of chickenpieces. The customer service was good?Tanisha served us and although the manager was initially not forthcoming with giving uscups for water (even though we placed a large order) Tanisha did give us a kids sized fountain drink for free. Just be awarethat you won?t get free water or sauces here. You?ll need to pay for those. I?m from Arizona where restaurants always givefree water and sauces are abundantly provided upon request. Maybe NJ restaurants are now adopting the European model where youneed to pay for water and ketchup and sauces! Read more

After eating at this restaurant 3-4 times, the thing my wife and I have commented on the most is the Staff...we have gotten... quick and excellent service not only at the register but the staff is constantly checking on the tables to make sure everythingis good. I told one Manager that it was like Publix is to other popeyes....the outstanding feature is the Staff. Don't get mewrong, we enjoy the food (especially the chicken sandwich ) and the restaurant is bright and spotlessly clean. It is definitelythe best of the Popeyes we have eaten at for food and for the facility. But so far, the Staff is the most outstanding featurefor us regardless of what restaurant one is talking about!
