Customer Service is Key and I feel like retraining is needed at this location that I visited on 8/3/22 I definitely felt there... was a difference in treatment as I observed the action/service with the customer before me and after me and there was definitelya difference. My service was unwelcoming & rushed and my portion size was not like what I normally get when I order the LoveIt. Loved the taste of the ice cream, but if there is a video to watch, I challenge you to watch it so you could see how I wastreated as a customer. Oh and the frustration that came when I pulled out my gift card. Today I was in the Eatontown store to get my grand-daughter a birthday cake. The manager was very unfriendly and unpleasant with... me. I gave her the spelling of my grand-daughter's name, she wrote it down, and repeated it back to me correctly. When she gaveme the cake back with the wrong spelling. I ask if I could get another cake she told me no. She said she would fix it. But whenit came back it looked bad. So I asked her again and she was still not nice and refused to give me another cake. The otherassociate was not nice at all either. This was my first time here ever and I wanted to get some ice cream and she did not wantto sell it to me. Wow! I ask for a refund of the cake and they did not even say sorry or nothing. I will never go to that storeagain. I pray that they learn customer service skills and the manager go get training on people skills. They deserve a F ontheir report card.?????? Read more
