Rude customer service. Closed the window right in our face as we asked a question and gave us the wrong order. Horrible. All of... the lights were turned off at 8:45pm , and could not even see the menu to order. Read more
Food is usually ok. Service isn't bad either. Don't always get what I want though which is kinda weird.
Waited a very long time in drive thru. Made a specialty order and did not receive what we ordered. Unable to walk in to complain... and never received a receipt to call and complain. That was the second time going there and disappointed both times. Read more
It's the only Burger King within a 15-mile radius of my home to serve "hot" fresh food. The place is always clean and service is... great. There are three other restaurants closer to me. Wall, Neptune, and Ocean all carelessly serving cold burgers and fries.The new soda machines at the latter stores foul musty smell due to a lack of maintenance. Read more
