Drive through. Told to pull up. Waited 15+ mins just for 2 sandwiches. Other cars walked in fussing. I won't go back.

I was in line to order for about 10 minutes. Never got to order. It would be a good place for a restaurant
It was a disappointing trip to this Popeyes. We ordered an original chicken sandwich and got a spicy one. When we asked for it... to be corrected, it took 20 minutes to get the replacement sandwich. We also asked for an apple pie and we were told thatwould be a 25 minute wait so we opted not to have it. Having to wait 20 minutes to fix or order was a perfect opportunity tothrow in an apple pie to ease the disappointment, but sadly that didn't happen. Read more
First time eating at a Popeyes, I'm not sure if this location is representative of all. It seems a little run down. The staff... was friendly and helpful; the service was fairly fast. I had the 3-piece combo; they let me pick which pieces I wanted. Redbeans and rice side seemed a little bland for a place that calls itself Louisiana kitchen. I'm not sure; I would drive out ofmy way to eat at one in the future. Read more
Best fast food, specifically their chicken strips, mashed potatoes and spicy gravy, red beans and rice, that salty little... biscuit, and Sweet Heat or Mardis Gras mustard sauce. Read more
I placed a good sized order over the phone and asked if it could be ready later that evening. The lady I think her name was... treanna who answered the phone was so polite and helpful. I showed up at the time I requested later that evening and the lady atthe register new my name and and was super friendly the male manager on duty ( hate I didn't get his name) was preparing myorder and making sure we got everything we ordered. An older Popeyes restaurant. There were two ladies working and they were getting it done. The drive thru was very busy and just... a few people inside. They were well organized and kept everything moving. Great team of two. The restaurant was clean, justolder. The bathrooms could definitely use a makeover. Overall the food was very good and the service was great. Read more
