Very friendly employees along good service and great food, the Garlic parmeson chicken wings.
Don?t eat here. They don?t wear gloves when prepping food or wear hairnets. The woman who I presume is some kind of manager is... incredibly rude as well, especially when confronted with the fact the people on the line don?t wear gloves. She tried to arguethat she somehow kept track of what each one of them was touching? At the same time? It?s nonsense. It?s a shame, papa johns hasalways been my favorite pizza but I?ll never give this location my business again. Read more
My husband went in to order one take out pepperoni pizza. It was 36 minutes from order to check out. He finally said that he... thought they had given his pizza to someone else about 10 minutes earlier. Apparently some labels had gotten mixed up. He wasoffered two drinks for the confusion. Several things wrong with the pizza. 1) Was told we couldn't get a medium pizza in thin crust. Only large. 2) Dough was not... brown at all. Barely cooked. 3) Topping were scarce. About 1.5 pepperoni pieces per slice. Had to look for the mushroomsand black olives. I like Pappa John's. Just don't recommend this franchise Read more
I order my food online and go in to pick it up, get in there and there?s an employee with long braids passed her back side. She... fixing pizzas without gloves and her hair is swinging around to the table she?s working on. I?m not saying that she should takeher hair out but there?s ways she can wear her hair while she fixing people orders. I saw her fix like 3 pizzas while at thesame time she?s touching her to pull them to the back. With this virus going on you mean to tell me that a restaurant givingtheir employees the choice to wear gloves? Don?t sound right and this the last time I?ll go up there. Read more
Appreciate having PapaJohns Pizza in Downtown Eatonton. They provide Delivery as well as Carryout. Have had nothing but great... experiences with the Service and Food. It?s nice to have the option of such good pizza and employees who represent the brand aswell as the owners and employees have to this point and I hope it continues this way in the future. Read more
Great Pizza and Great Service! I have used this location for business lunches as well as last minute dinners for my family. Each... time I have been blown away by not only the pizza but the service provided. I have not had one pizza to not be correct and theyalways have it ready when I come to pick it up, which is great because I am always in a hurry. So happy to have them in town! Read more
Called and got an overseas call center. Told them I wanted one medium with Italian sausage. They told me Papa John?s was out of... medium pies and said I can only get extra small or a large so I did get a large. I got to the store ask the girl at the counterif they were really out of medium pies, she said no we have medium pies. There was a guy sitting on his phone and I asked him ifhe was the owner. He said yes I told him what happened and he did absolutely nothing. I feel I was scammed into buying a largepie instead of a medium. I will never ever order Papa John?s again.
