Placed an order for the impossible burger, no mayonnaise, in the drive through. Of course it was slathered in mayonnaise. Pulled... around to the front, since the line was wrapped. Doors were locked. I see a man at the counter, as well as 2 cashiers. I holdthe burger up, and one of the women yells ?go through the drive through ?. I hold the burger up again, and say, ?it?s wrong ?,but she yells at me again, telling me to go back through the drive. Then stops looking at me. So I pull on the door again, holdthe burger back up, and say ?it?s wrong?. She just wouldn?t even look my way. So we leave, and I go back a few days later, stillhave the burger wrapped in the original paper. I go to the counter, tell the cashier what had happened, and she says she goingto get Jodie, the manager. When she comes out, I explained what had happened, and she proceeded to make excuses, and asked ?wellwhat do you want me to do? like it?s an inconvenience even having to walk out of the office, or satisfy a customer. I said ?make my burger right? . I love Burger King much better than other fast food burger places, but this store needs to be morecustomer friendly, accommodating. Perhaps upper management should think about the service being given by the people they haveworking. Read more
I just sat at the drive thru window for 6 minutes and they gave me cold fries....upon further review of the bag contents the... whopper was cold too. The warmest and freshest food they gave me after sitting at the window ... the only customer there ...wasthe Coke Zero. Lesson learned. Read more
The women in the drive through was super sweet!! I checked my food before leaving and we were missing a large fry and she was... super polite about it! She gave us the fry without attitude unlike most fast food restaurants. The Food is delicious. Read more
Nice location and friendly staff. Food was hot and fresh. This is a great middle of nowhere eating spot for the hungry travelers... or those who are local. I would recommend if you are famished and passing by. Read more

This has to be the worst BK I?ve ever been to. Asked for food off the broiler and fryer twice. The staff and manager pretended... to acquiesce. Burger and chicken was barely warm. And take a good look at what you get when you order mozzarella sticks. Is thisdog food? Not even good enough for my pets. Way to go Eatonton, Ga.
