Placed order online to pick up in store but the doors were locked at 8pm. No biggie. Just run through the drive thru to pick it... up. Waited 15 mins for the order in front of me. Waited another 10 at the menu waiting to tell them I had an online order.Finally after another 10 mins of waiting in line I?m at the pickup window. And the drive thru lady is just standing there doingnothing talking to the cooks not even acknowledging me at the window. Waited another 15 mins at the pickup window with nobodyeven looking my direction. Eventually drove off with no food and never setting foot there again. You have the sorriest staffI?ve ever seen. This is why you deserve minimum wage. I had a 10pc nugg and chicken sandwich. 50 minutes at store and the 15minute drive and you still don?t have my chicken.. pretty weak Wendy?s. Pretty weak.
