Great little Mexican restaurant. The chips and salsa are excellent. They will also give you white sauce on request. I ordered... chicken chinichangas and my husband ordered the beef. Both were very good. Prices are decent. I will definitely go there again Read more
We went there cause we love Mexican Food and mind you we did stop there around 3 pm ish so there we very people in there. The... food was fast and mine tasted great, the meat was tenderized very well, but my wife was wondering why her quesadilla just hadground beef in it and no cheese, but we didn?t think any more of it, but that night she had the worst food poisoning she hasever had. The ground beef must have been kept in the danger zone too long and then wasn?t cooked properly after that, so I hateto write a bad review cause I don?t like to ruin anybodies business, but I draw the line when food poisoning comes in. Stopped by on our way to OBX, the spot may look like a dive but the service was quick authentic Mexican. The warm tortilla chips... and house salsa started us off right! Nothing off the charts but they do their staples right. Fresh, local service with asmile! Great option when you aren't looking for gas station eats or a fast food spot. Unique location but pleased. Pleasant waitress... very good at her job, she was quick and accurate. Nice to get complimentary cups and the salsa was... delicious. We ordered the house steak burrito and steak fajitas.
