Rude customer service. Barista was very rude about me picking up my my online, "pick up" order. I thought the point of making a... pick up order was to be able to pick it up yourself. Lol. My drink was substandard and missing whipped cream and thesprinkles. My sandwich was cold as well. Read more
Sloppy presentation. Seems like a new barista everyday that is still learning. Dripping lids on coffee, dripping whipped cream... on Frappuccinos, broken cookies, smashed food items, and all over outside of bags. Service is fast but would rather have betterpresentation than a rushed mess. Read more

Hands down my favorite Starbucks! They always get my drinks right! They actually know how to make them! The store on bellgrave... and Etiwanda needs help! They are 2 minutes away from my job but I?ll rather go that extra miles to this store because theyactually know what they are doing! Plus their attitude is always on point!
