Place is a little run down, they only had 2 flavor options on their yogurt they were out of everything else. The toppings were... very limited AND didn't look fresh unfortunately, it looked like they were sutting out for a while and just all mushy. Theladies working were okay not rude nor nice. I love the product and had no concerns with my yogurt; but we entered the location at approximately 1pm, it was 95 degrees... outside AND it was 85 degrees in the store. The poor girl helping us was so hot. When we asked why it was so hot she said shewas not allowed to touch the thermostat. No way we could sit inside to enjoy our yogurt. I usually go here almost every week and I get a "to Go Home size" which is the biggest one, most times is filled up all the way... to the top, however sometimes they don't fill it up and leave almost a quarter of the container empty, I'm not sure why theemployees are not consistent. Read more
Weekend staff is incredibly rude & aloof. When we walked in they were both in the back. Nobody was at the counter at all. When... they finally came to the front they acted like us being there inconvenienced them. Any questions we had were met with eye rolls& short, curt answers. When my wife wanted to see if she had any rewards on their loyalty program, they didn't even look & justsaid no. They have a limited selection of yogurt, however they are all outstanding. They have great fresh fruit toppings as well. I... highly recommend stopping there for take out during this heat wave. They are located in the Eastvale Gateway mall. Read more
