Great service but as a customer if you?re buying the Zone protein shake! You?re not getting the 32g of protein it claims. I... notice the employee used a measuring cup like a table spoon when scooping the protein into the shaker. I asked him to show methe package of protein they use and it says 24g per scoop, now the scoop in the protein bag was the big regular one you seeevery where else which I?m sure is the recommended serving to get the 32g of protein. The one they use is about 1/5 of thenormal size scoop. Meaning you?re really getting a 8g protein shake for 9$. Also they?re very wasteful, they topically make afull shaker of the shake, easily they can get 2 shakes out of it. So in this case what exactly are you getting of the proteinyou?re paying for? 5g? Plz address this.. peanut butter and yogurt does not add up to 32g Thank you Read more

I don?t understand why people are leaving negative reviews. We don?t claim those ppl as customers???? This smoothie shop is the... love of my life. I pass by it on my way to work and I always stop by. My whole paycheck goes to Juice It Up. The workers are sokind and they are the reason I am still here today. So disappointed!!! I walked in right before 8pm not knowing they were about to be closing. As I?m looking at the menu the lady... at the front said I?m sorry if you wanted to order your order needs to be placed before 8 I look at my phone to check the timeand it has just turned 8pm. Really! I felt as she was kicking me out without even ordering. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Super rude and not the way you should treat customers. Read more

Excellent protein smoothies Update: while the drinks are awesome... the customer service experience needs work. I usually spend... $100 to $150 a month getting my blue vital protein drinks here. Case in point: I called-in my order today as I was in a rushfor work. Getting there I was told that they do not do the phone orders as they sometimes stay on the shelf before they arepicked up. But if you do not want to take phone orders... just say so. But do not take my order over the phone and pretend thatyou are putting it in then hang up and ignore me. That is a waste of my time. You could have simply said that you do not dophone orders. I would have done something else.. But instead you chose to provide a poor customer experience and lose a customerwho has been coming here for years. Was it worth one drink? ???? Read more

My favorite drink from juice it up is strawberry wave so good. The turmeric juice that one whenever you want to get a lot of... nutrients. I highly recommend it. Read more
