Their new ordering system has kiosks and it is awful. They have taken the build your own plate and now just let you pick the... ingredients not the amount. Food was decent but without the personalized experience I just can't recommend them. If they changeback my review will change. I will not go back unless they change. Read more
The food is great and has always been great. The employees are also super nice. They even came out to clarify with another... customer if he wanted chipotle seasoning because it does have some spice and he said "No thank you" after their talk. The newordering system and pricing for me is too much. I always get chicken, beef and pork with veggies and no noodles. With theordering system I got my meats and I think they allowed 8 or 9 veggies, but I only got 4 veggies. When asked of I wanted extraveggies on the screen I wanted extra jalapenos and it charged me $1. Since I didn't get the max veggies, it should not havecharged me extra until I got my max. The price used to be per pound so I could get a meal for around $10 without noodles and $14with noodles. My price this last time was $16.79 without noodles. I like the the food, but I won't be back as often because Ican sit down at a restaurant at get a solid meal for the same price. Please go here though if you want Mongolian because ittastes great.
