I used the online "order ahead" for curbside and the food was never prepared. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, I went inside to... ask where my order was. The Manager on duty was unhelpful, rude and would not refund my purchase. I was told to go online bythe Manager for the refund since the food was never prepared. Eventually I just cancelled the entire order online. My cardstill shows a pending charge. I plan to file a complaint with Corporate regarding this Eastvale store. This isn't the firsttime I had issues here and will not be returning. There are other choices out there for chicken and judging by the recentreviews, it appears this particular store is going downhill fast! Read more
Walked in at 11:00 am and you would think the place is just got swept and moped NO place is dirty bathrooms are also super... dirty. Floor is stick everywhere. The Matt that?s near the fountain is so sticky i was able to feel my shoes sticking to themat. . Ordered a burrito from here thur grub hub, got here everything seemed fine till I noticed there was a some sort of bottle cap or... something inside the burrito! I stopped going to this El Pollo because the lines are VERY long and service is VERY slow. Been under the weather this week and... wanted tortilla soup. I arrived about 4:10 PM and they did not disappoint the line was long and the service was slow. Afterpaying about 4:45 PM the cashier picked up my food and turned to chat with a coworker about what time he?s off?while holding myfood. After getting home I opened the soup to find 90% liquid and some other objects. Note to self stop patronizing bad servicerestaurants. The first photos are what the soup was expected to look like. Wow well we?re do I begin the service and food was awful. The most upsetting thing is getting home to super dry + burned chicken... and the gravy was so watery. I saw my food it looked unappetizing.Would I be back nope location needs to retrain cooks andemployees. Waited in the drive thru line for about 35 to 40 mins. Terrible service! Floor was dirty! The guy cooking the chicken was throwing chicken across the grill carelessly. Waited in line... for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Placed an order online only to drive to the restaurant and find out they were closed. On top of that the employees inside just... ignored then laughed at me while I tried to enter the locked building. I tried showing them my order confirmation on my phonethrough the window but the employees were too busy talking to what appeared to be their friends at the front counter. Afterseveral attempts to get their attention they finally looked at me and yelled ?no? while doing hand gestures signaling me to cutit out or leave them alone. Keep in mind this all while they were behind the counter. At no point did any of the staff even tryto walk towards the lock doors and inform me that there was a mistake with the online ordering or anything.
