The food here is always delicious, when they're open. Recently, "We're closed due to high temperature" and then today, "We're... not serving brisket". When I asked why, they said they have a large catering order for all the brisket they have. I don'tunderstand why they can't cook extra to make up for the catering order. We ate dinner here tonight after staying away for 6 months or more. The food and customer service were great. The beverage and... barbecue sauce station was very clean and everything was stocked. The tables have new tablecloths that look fresh and clean.Theywere not out of stock on anything we ordered, except the ice cream (the machine was out of order). I recommend trying it againif you've been staying away from Dickey's BBQ. Read more
Came in just after open! Got a buffalo chicken baker and holy moly it?s huge!! Food was so good! Staff very friendly!

Went in to pick up ribs for dinner , they were out of all but 2 meat choices ? That?s understandable considering their policy so... out of the to meat they had left I decided to get brisket. I got a three meat plate with all brisket there was about six slicesand four of them were mostly fat with just the crust? onion tanglers were burnt ? and they were out of most sides. this is notthe first time this has happened? I?m okay with a little fat ?but it was mostly fat?didn?t seem like enough meat for the 3 meatserving at $22. use to be a really good place to pick up bbq?the last few times we ordered food were not good at all?I calledone time, to let them know nothing was done, the manager never returned my call. I usually try not to give bad reviews, andkeep trying to give them an opportunity to support local businesses because of past experiences. 3 1/2 stars. 1st time at Dickeys. Ribs were very good but I didn't like the mac 'n cheese because it is made with that processed... liquid cheese and it was a bit old and dry ????. We asked for sweet sauce and regular sauce but the lady that packed it did notmark which was which and there wasn't much difference in the taste to us so I was not impressed with the sauce. One was darkerthan the other (see pics) but they both were a bit spicy to me so I ate my ribs without the sauce. My husband, however, loadedthe BBQ sauce on his ribs - he likes spicy foods. He also had some sausage that contained cheese and jalapeno and said they weregood and he will order again. Staff was nice and the rib guy was very patient with us because we asked quite a few questions. Iwish they offered more vegetable options for sides. They have soft serve vanilla ice cream for customers which will be handyafter eating the sauce. ???? I'm not sure if we will go back again but if we do I think I'll try the brisket and/or pulled porkif they have it. Read more
Okay, here we go this was my first time visiting this establishment ( Dickey Barbecue ). I came here for some take out. The food... was anything but delicious everything was soggy and cold the biscuits where basically chalk crumbling and turning in to dust.The meat was cold and super grease if you look at the picture I posted with this review the plate on the left is nothing butlard as you can see no meat at all. Now for the employees I tried asking for assistance with the menu but they where busy jabbering like a pack of wild mongoloids more interest in what they where talking about instead of helping me with my order. Ieven had to raise my voice in order for them to help me except for a new hire a cute little white girl bless her heart she wentabove and beyond to assist me and even took the time to apologize .
