On Nov. 08, I went to Cafe Rio in eastvale to pick-up delivery 4 someone, the cashier was so prejudice she called herself having... me wait until they served all 12 white patrons standing in line before she gave me the delivery I was there to get . If shewasn't so inferior she may have realized that I was there to pick-up food for a white customer. Hell I even showed her his name."So inferior" I would never eat there and strongly advise black people not to spend their money in that place. Read more

I have been in love with Café Rio's pork salad since it started in Utah a long long time ago. I would eat there WAY more than I... should have. The owners then sold and the quality of food continues in a downward trend. Each franchise here in California isvery hit and miss with consistency on flavors and quality of food. I still love their pork and the tomatillo dressing, but therest of the food is lacking big time. Read more

I have had to walk out of this location twice because of how disrespectful/rude the employees here talk to customers. Not sure... what her name is but the lady with the short hair who I believe might be the manager should not be working with customers in anycapacity. She is beyond rude and does understand the value of satisfying your customers and building a customer base that enjoysreturning here. The last time I went I asked for beef and chicken on my plate which I get at every location including this oneand she told me I couldn?t have that. Before that she disrespectfully told another customer they were out of shrimp tacos. Nottoo mention the quality of food at this restaurant is poor. Lettuce is always brown and meet is always salty and dry. Will notbe returning to this restaurant until you hire someone that understands how to talk respectfully to customers. Read more

I'll start by saying I believe cafe rio to be severely overrated. Everything tastes sweet/sugary somehow? No heat/spiciness to... anything. But anyhow, I went to pick up an order for someone else and we had put the order in online. The app gave me a 10minute window for when the food would be ready. I arrived during the time frame and proceeded to wait as I watched the workerswork the line. No pickup order still. I finally realized they had no intention of making the online order, they were justservicing the dine-in customers. I went up to the counter and mentioned I had an online order. They asked the name and said theywould start it. I continued to wait. They did not begin the order until they had cleared the entire line of dine-in customers.My food was finally finished 30 minutes AFTER my designated 10 minute window that the app had given me. Really didn't like theplace before for the food, like it even less now for wasring my time. Read more

I definitely didn't like trying another store. First I put up a delivery order, but they were so late, asked for no pico de... Gallo, but they put it on there anyways, there was no tres leches in my order, store hung up on me while I was waiting forupdate on delivery and missing item, then when I did a second delivery on app both times, no tres leches cake. I'm verydisappointed in them for failure of communication. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ordering from there at all whether you get pick up ordelivery. Read more

Over priced, mediocre food w/ horrid service. We?ll take our group somewhere else next time. Had a group of 30 people come eat... here and our food cost roughly $450. After 45 minutes eating they told us we needed to leave to make room for other people. Iasked what the policy was for how long to eat one?s food and they said 15 minutes! So unless you can scarf down your food in 15minutes DO NOT eat here. Marisol was the employee who rudely asked us to leave. Oh also EVERYTHING costs extra even the salsa.Cilantro? Extra. Pico de gallo? Extra. I?ve never witnessed a business nickel and dime like that. And on top of that request atip at a fast food establishment. Read more

Went to Chipotle before this, tonight and they were out of almost everything an hour before closing. Came here instead and the... folks working the last hour were kind enough to make fresh guacamole for me even though they were out. They even gave me a watercup for my wait. Great customer service and will def choose this place in the future instead of chipotle past 8pm! Read more

Worst Cafe Rio in existence. I'm used to the superior quality of food from the Utah locations. The food here is a disgrace.... Every single time. Look at this garbage of a salad they gave me. Literal brown pieces of lettuce everywhere. I had to throw thisall in the garbage. This is money. This is not ok. Who serves this to somebody?? Read more
