The order was confirmed ready to go at 4:00. It?s currently 4:45 and my order is still not ready. This has happened once... before in the past but I figured ish? happens. Now I?m starting to think this establishment just doesn?t have their stufftogether. Not one employee there stepped up to the plate to fill me in on the status of my meal. Just a simple ?it?s beingworked on?. ?Worked on 30-45 min after the order was confirmed DONE and prepaid for? Going back and looking at reviews I nowsee the customer service and the cleanliness at this place is below the bar. Excellent service by staff. Both the lady and gentleman serving on Friday at 08:40 PM were courteous, took extra care for... customer's requests. We ordered two pizzas and lady made a point to get a cleaned pizza cutter for Veg Pizza. And I can seegentlemen helping disabled persons opening the doors etc. It is going to be my Go to Pizza place. Build your own to get the best value. * Pro tip #1 _ no kids menu but if you build a pizza half... what they want and half what you want , kids can eat just cheese + pepperoni or sausage or pineapple or whatever they like.Getting them a "SPECIAL" Pizza POR TIP #2 Download the app and get free food or have it ready for take out. The manager at thislocation is not friendly (almost a grumpy jerk) but the employees are very nice and helpful. I've eaten at this location manytimes. We will keep coming back. Read more
