Glad we got a table. After an impromptu trip to the beach finding a restaurant in the area that looked good and was actually... open was a bit difficult. Couldn't be happier we found Chuckys and the little Harbour at Happy Adventures is the perfect view toenjoy as you eat your first moose steak. Great helpful staff and wonderfull food. I highly recommend sitting on the balcony, andthey even kept our table inside just incase it rained. Thanks for the great meal! Read more

In August of 19, we had dinner here with family members. Food & service was excellent, but made the mistake of paying the bill... while having dessert. We tipped 15% & the attitude changed immediately. Let's just say, if looks could kill.... For that 3stars, otherwise excellent. Won't be returning, don't need dirty looks. Read more

We were through on a bus tour, and other than a lack of obvious signage at the road, the experience was outstanding. Healthy... portions, fast and friendly staff, a great view, and a great beer selection. This place checked all the boxes. Read more

After a bit of a mix-up with our reservation we were seated and enjoyed prompt and courteous service. Started with calamari,... best ones we have had, ever, the coating was light and the calamari extremely tender. We opted for sharing the seafood platter(62$) and ordered an extra side. Best seafood ever, the fish was fantastic, flaky and cooked to perfection, same goes for themuscles, shrimp and scallops. The crab was incredibly flavourful and tasty. Absolutely worth every penny. Book in advance: they seldom have room for walk-ins, as inn guests get priority. That said, this place is just great. Very good... food, friendly and efficient service and the inn and the dining room are nicely appointed. Xcellent views while you dine. We hadfish n chips, salmon, scallops and a lobster, plus salads. Great view & delicious food. Can't beat the Fish & Chips or the Striploin steak anywhere. Pea soup was also delicious....a ... hidden gem. Not far from the Trans Canada Hwy. Good selection of wine by the bottle. Read more

This is the real deal. Local seafood cooked perfectly. Probably the best fried fish I have ever had. Recommend the seafood... platter. Their gravy is also amazing. Slightly more expensive than the average place but worth it. Call ahead to make areservation. Read more
