My husband and I will never eat at that white castle ???? again, as the drive thru staff was extremely rude, I said thank you... and the woman rolled her eye's at me and closed the window and walked away. Ordered food last night, got the food, my hubby noticed the bag looked odd; we ordered via Ubereats. He said why does it look... like the bag has been rained on, or wet? I said I don't know, because the bag was sealed. So we sit down and eat..Let me tellyou!!! About 2 hours later, the bathroom is where I was!!! I threw up so much that my throat still hurts from it!! I don't knowif it was the burgers, my hubby only had the fish nibblers, he is allergic to the burgers. But i felt horrible! And stilldon't feel quite normal yet. Still having stomach issues. I am hoping the place is clean, especially the grill, cause after theway I threw up every burger I ate was not the business! Beware of eating from there! Read more
I work an off shift so every food place is closed when I get off work. This specific store ALWAYS says it?s open but I?ve went... through the drive thru at different times throughout the night on different days and they seem to close whenever they feel likeit. Had great food and service during prior (late night) visits. Drive thru line was long and slow. Food tasted like it was made 30... minutes before serving it. Not hot, went back (drive thru again) and Manager took care of it with a redo, but this was almost anhour ordeal for a #2 at White Castle. May be my last visit. ???? Read more
This review is for 2 different White Castles, first let me start off with my initial complaint. The establishment located at... 10500 Gratiot/French Rd in Detroit is beyond ghetto. The managers and the other employees are VERY RUDE &DISRESPECTFUL. Iordered a crave case without onions and was advised the were unable to do that. I advised them I frequently went to the 8mile/Gratiot location store #040013 before relocating and ordered the same thing without any problems. I was then told that alltheir grills were full although we were the ONLY car in the drive thru at approximately 3pm. The female manager then screamed,"we not doing that, if 8 mile does it then go to 8 mile!" Needless to say that's exactly what I did. Not only did I get what Iordered, I spoke to the female manager on duty who apologized for the previous behavior and attitude we received bit also statedshe would speak to the GM of the other location on our behalf. I truly appreciate great customer service and the Eastpointelocation gave just that. As for your Gratiot/French Rd location their customer service doesn't deserve any stars and I WILL NOTbe returning but the Gratiot/8mile location I give them 5 STARS. Read more
Really liked the lady working drive thru tonight. We don't often get happy sounding people but she sounded quite chipper. Food... was quick, which was surprising considering we got a crave case and sides, and was made perfectly. Read more
