Waited over an hour for my pick-up order from the time of call politely and patiently as it was promised to be coming out in 5... minutes (4 separate times) as I watched 3 other people walk out canceling their order after waiting so long... I still waiteduntil I heard them say my name and seen them just begin to start making my pizza ???? I politely asked if that was my pizzabecause I couldn't wait another 20 minutes even though I knew it was... just for them to lie to me and yell at me as I walkedout the door lol. I love toarminas pizza but under the new owners and management I do not recommend anyone wasting their time atthis location. Being understaffed or busy is one thing but don't lie to your customers. Waited just over an hour n a half for delivery. Then our antipasto salad, requested no olives, shows up like this? Who puts... green olives in an antipasto and drenches it in dressing to be delivered????? Won?t be back. Read more

ZERO STARS. I placed a pickup order Friday evening for a large 2 topping pizza, salad, and cheese bread. I arrived to pick up my... order 25 minutes later and the cashier couldn't find the order. I waited another 25 minutes and the pizza was incorrect, itdidn't have bacon. They took the pizza to the back and slapped some bacon on it and gave it back. The bacon was not cooked withthe pizza and was cold and falling all over the place. I asked for more cheese on my salad and was told they're out of cheese.My CHEESE bread was basically cheese less and BURNT. I called and request a refund but was told to come back Sunday to get myorder replaced by Shaquille, who identified himself as a manger. I hope they keep their word and New Ownership get it right thistime. Read more

I wish they offered ZERO stars, cause this place doesnt deserve the one. Very disappointed with the customer service. Called the... store several times yesterday to order the company wide anniversary $3.99 large pizza special. However no answer ever. Drove tothe store, closed due to power issue, sign claimed they'd honor the $3.99 special today. When i called today, the owner saidhe's not honoring the special. He was very rude and I'll never go to a Toarminas again. With the inflation in food especiallyfast food, it was going to a nice treat for my family at an awesome price.
