November 1, 2022 I went there the one in Eastpointe and the service on the inside Was ridiculous? I noticed on the countertop... There was mittens that were used on counter that very nasty? no one ever acknowledge me as I waited at least 20 minutes to placean order that never happened, and the sad part is there was no and the customers so I left? there were flies and bees lying allaround the donuts area I must also say so all in all the service was terrible I can only give you three stars? The inside is clean, the food is great, but the hot and iced coffees are almost always burnt.
Very poor customer service at the drive-through window. I was handed two ice caps with lids that did not fit in the drink was... dripping all over. Then I was handed napkins to clean it up myself. Maybe you should get lids that fit. Read more
For the first time in a year I visited this location and the service baffled me. The young man was pleasant and even... suggestively sold me something. I had to tell him that he needs to stay at the window because the young ladies cut you off whileordering and they say is that it. He needs a raise very nice and I work for a big corporation and I would gladly recruit him andhe could work with me. Read more
Ordered cappuccino and decided to try new avocado on toast. After I pulled away from window, noticed that avacado was smeared... half on and off sloppy. Also, the top was partially burnt and when you picked it up the bottom was not toasted at all. I endedup throwing it out. This location at one time was customer oriented. Not anymore. Read more
If I could give a zero rating I would. My husband and son used to go there almost daily, but we will never EVER use this... location again. My husband checked his order and it was incorrect so he told the cashier. She was ok but didn?t understand whathe was saying, so my husband asked for a manager. The manager was extremely rude, arrogant and would not listen. When my husbandtried to set the bag on the counter for the manager to look at, the manager freaked out saying my husband threw it at him. Atthat time the focus shifted from trying to ?help? my husband to how the manager was offended. Then my husband simply asked tohave his money returned and the manager threw his money out the window onto the ground. Never asked to see receipt to check,would not look at the incorrect order to verify and laughed at my husband. This is customer service? What a joke. Read more
First off how cute are these donuts! ???????? Secondly the service at this location is excellent, friendly staff and my coffee... was perfect! The lady at the window with the green nails was so nice and polite even made time to chat. Great job, we will comeback soon. Read more
The bigger lady at the drive thru window was rude! She was rushing me at the menu and telling me she has a line behind me. When... I got to the window she had an attitude. She did not tell me thank you or have a nice day and when I asked for napkins sheclosed the window. I came back around and she asked the guy to hand out the order because she didn?t want to deal with me. Allbecause I had some questions about the menu. Sorry for the inconvenience and I did apologize to her but she still was rude. NowI?m leaving a review. Read more
